At Aachho, we strive to ensure you love your ethnic wear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags and packaging to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Pack the items securely in their original packaging; our logistics partner will conduct a quick quality check at your doorstep during pickup.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once the request is approved, a pickup will be scheduled within 24-48 hours from the original delivery address at no additional cost.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our warehouse and passes the final quality audit, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 business days.
